Products with 12-month shelf life:

Full refund or replacement: within first 3 months
50% refund or replacement: after 3rd month up to 6th month
No refund or replacement: after 6 months

Products with 8-month shelf life:

Full refund or replacement: within first 2 months
50% refund or replacement: after 2nd month up to 3rd month
No refund or replacement: after 3 months

Products with 6-month shelf life:

Full refund or replacement: within first 2 months
50% refund or replacement: after 2nd month up to 3rd month
No refund or replacement: after 3 months

Products with 3-month shelf life:

Full refund or replacement: within first 20 days
50% refund or replacement: after 20 days up to 1 month
No refund or replacement: after 1 month

All refund or replacement requests must be raised within the applicable period from the purchase date.
